Just above the Dome of the Forgotten's sanctuary there is a group of five Whispermen. If you activate Ray of Searing (Class 4 prayer) right next to the altar, it will insta-kill them. And praying at the aforementioned altar will respawn them. So it's a great spot for salt-farming.
However, if you kill too many of them without collecting their loots, then they will stop spawning, and if you go to collect the loot once it reaches that point, then the game will crash so you will have to restart it.
