Mountain Breaker in Salt and Sanctuary is a Hammer type weapon.

A mighty hammer chiseled from a single immense block of granite. Carried by the fierce Dorian Mountain Lords, these weapons became a symbol of their unbreakable resolve and indomitable spirit as they fearlessly led their clansmen into battle.

Notes and Tips:

  • At 50 Strength this weapon has an Attack of 128.4 at tier VII.
  • Two-handing a weapon increases Strength by 50% for damage scaling, meaning you only need 34 Strength to reach the 50 Strength soft cap when two-handing a weapon.
  • Buying from the secret dev shop for 50,000 (I think 50,000)

100k salt AND the transmutation item that only exists as a pickup once in the game???? what on god's green earth are the transmutation requirements in this game, even the last boss doesn't drop this much salt!

Extremely fun weapon to rock with a faith build. You can have access to this as a t5 weapon early if you killed the unspeakable deep with a cleric at the start. You can branch out the sword tree by endgame to pick up leviathan too.

Another fun path for faith builds is working down the bow path and polearm path for gravewalker bow and trinity bardiche respectively.

I wanted to enjoy hammers but their design was just off for me. I thought the slow hitter would be a problem when I transmuted to this but it actually feels really nice when fighting compared to other hammers. Just use the Mossy charm and you're good to go.

The high weight and the 'Slow Hitter' special make this very different from lower class hammers. I upgraded to this from the cephalopounder and it ruined my roll & attack speed
