Cephalopounder in Salt and Sanctuary is a Hammer type weapon.
A bizarre ceremonial weapon of Coastrock's Tetraodon tribe, crafted by wrapping a driftwood cudgel in the mantle of a local species of squid and drying it in the sun. This unorthodox binding process serves both to preserve the wood and to drive away evil spirits with its unbearable ammoniac stench.
Notes and Tips:
- At 50 Strength this weapon has an Attack of 97.0 at tier VII.
- Two-handing a weapon increases Strength by 50% for damage scaling, meaning you only need 34 Strength to reach the 50 Strength soft cap when two-handing a weapon.

Best one-handed strike weapon? Because of the extra poise I meant; otherwise it would guess it's the Barbarian's Cudgel.
Mountain Breaker's too heavy; might as well use a great hammer at that point.
