- Whispermen and whisperladies are always located above a red carpet with candles around it.
AnonymousJust above the Dome of the Forgotten's sanctuary there is a group of five Whispermen. If you activate Ray of Searing (Class 4 prayer) right next to the altar, it will insta-kill them. And praying at the aforementioned altar will respawn them. So it's a great spot for salt-farming.
However, if you kill too many of them without collecting their loots, then they will stop spawning, and if you go to collect the loot once it reaches that point, then the game will crash so you will have to restart it.

These guys deal both Slash and Arcane damage, the latter being prevalent.

These guys hit pretty hard... might've been my lack of armor though.

Enhanced mode added 'Undersight' to the Umbral Aegis shield, which you can get by transmuting a regular shield with Court Sorceror's Ear, Diamond Cluster and 30,000 salt. It's a good alternative if you don't want to keep spamming phials while fighting or farming these guys.
