Are there typos in 'Extra blades'? Poleaxes are pure slash weapons as mentioned in `Weapons` page.

Poleaxe heavy attack seems to not deal increased damage. You will often see actually doing little more damage with light attacks. Tested this with Naginata and Guardmen's halberd

Is this class pure Slash? Or a mix like greatwords and axes?

Triangle + Square UP + Square DOWN is the killer scythe combo poleaxe edition. (It's literally the same movements)

Poleaxes are my least recommended Weapon-type to start with in the game, because none of them have a satisfying scaling/attack damage and their reach doesn't make up for their cons. On top of that the point in the game in which you get the "good" ones is completely *****ed, you have to play with the Infantry Pollaxe (if you even found it) up until the Red Hall of Cages and the ***** that you find afterwards is still garbage. Because of this weapon-type I stopped playing because I didn't want to start over, as I didn't focus on collecting Reapers or Spears.
whats funny is that the infantry pollaxe is actually a halberd, the guardsmen halberd is actually a pollaxe, the tainted ranseur is actually a spetum, and the trinity bardiche is another halberd
