what does that even mean? if its meant to light the surroundings, it really doesnt. i appreciate the idea of offering a way to illuminate your surroundings without using one hand for a torch, but it simply doesnt help anything.

the light area is SMALLL i cant see anything with this spell on does the area grow with wisdom.?

Appears to be additive with the charm. It applies the same buff as the ring and therefore doesn't stack. Charm + Prayer or Charm + Ring is the same total radius as a torch.
