 Gangplank Mantlet is a Shield in Salt and Sanctuary.

An enormous and unbearably heavy shield which appears to have been improvised from the remains of a large ship's gangplank. The rough oak timbers are still solidly bound with iron battens and seem sturdy enough to turn away a broadside, though the sheer weight of this veritable wall of wood is certain to compromise its wielder's mobility.
