- This buff affects all attacks, including spells and incantations.
- Combined with low cost, multi hitting spells or incantations, this item will restore more focus than the focus spent for casting the spell.

adding the burning sky ring (decreases spell focus cost by 10%) makes this item significantly more powerful, as most spells suddenly cost effectively nothing while this is active. Which is awesome.
