Hey guys, at the very first sanctuary I saw a pumkin head guy enter from the left, talk to the merchant in the sanctuary and then leave. Does Salt and Sanctuary do something similar to the souls games where you can see other players? I'm confused.

Anyone know if crystal spheres are farmable? If so where can I pick them up?
