Little is actually known about the Candlelit Lady as she never talks about herself and insists that she is born of Light.

Though she could be a reference to Dark Souls' Firekeepers since she mentions that she is born of flame. There is also the added fact that she removes sin, which is done by a similar dressed man in Dark Souls. This is just speculation at this point.
