Red Grass


Bright red medicinal grass, it is said that it grows only in the most poisonous corners of the Kadanian swamps, yet it has somehow found its way to the island. Eat it to restore some HP.

 Red Grass is a Consumable item in Salt and Sanctuary.

  • Restores HP equal to current HP-MAX in 10 seconds.

Notes

  • This item takes longer to use than other healing items, and after eaten restores health at half the speed as most of the other healing items. This makes it arguably tied for worst healing potion along with the House of Splendor's healing potion, which is faster to use but also heals you slowly and can poison you if you use it or the other two wines too often.

      - Allows you to pre-emptively heal.
      You use the healing item before you take damage, when you're safe to do so.
      The effect lingers, then when you take damage, you gain the health.

      It proves invaluable in situations fights where healing windows are few and far between, and you need that healing in between them.

      You can also consume multiple to stack their effects.

        The difference between the Red Grass and Lilyred Wine towards the other potions is that their healing effect lasts slightly longer.
