Lightning Storm Effect

• After a brief cast time, summons multiple bolts of lighting to damage enemies on both sides of the player character. The bolts are first summoned near the player character and move outward. 
• The player character is unable to perform any actons until the spell is finished casting and all bolts have been summoned.
• Consumes 25 focus per cast. 
• Class 3 Incantation

Where to Find Lightning Storm

• Buy from Stone Mage. Requires Creed: Keeper of Fire and Sky, House of Splendor or Order of the Betrayer.
• Found on a ledge before the sanctuary in Red Hall of Cages where you encounter Rodnal the Mad. Use the Vertigo Brand to get there.

Notes

• This incantation also scales with the weapon you're using. The higher the weapon's damage, the more damage the incantation will do.
