These actually take longer to use than say the Red Flask due to it using the eating animation instead of the drinking one. The eating animation has a part at the end where the food shrinks down to mimick you putting it in your mouth while the drinking animation doesn't. This causes the healing to occur as soon as the bottle hits your mouth instead of once the food shrinks and disappears.
